Working with Felix

What is the first step?

A free 20-minute call. You describe the business and where it's stuck. I tell you whether an audit, a keynote or a workshop is the right shape. If yes, a fixed quote follows in writing. If nothing fits, I say so on the call.

What does Felix Lenhard actually do?

Three things. Subtraction Audits for founders and leadership teams, keynotes on innovation and building what works, and workshops where a team solves one of its real problems in the room. I also write the Subtract to Ship book series.

Which languages?

English and German, for everything: audits, keynotes, workshops, email.

Where is Felix based?

Graz, Austria. Audits and workshops on site across Austria, Germany and Switzerland, remote elsewhere. Keynotes in person across Europe and internationally, or virtual.

The Subtraction Audit

What is it?

A two-week review of your products, processes and priorities with one output: a ranked, written list of what to stop, keep and finish, with an owner and a date on every line.

What does it cost?

It depends on company size and the number of interviews. The fixed quote follows in writing after the first call. Travel inside Austria is included; elsewhere at cost.

How long does it take?

Two weeks from first call to delivered plan, plus one check-in thirty days later. That meeting is included.

Who is it for?

Founders with a product already built where revenue hasn't kept pace with the last six months of work, and leadership teams with more live projects than real priorities. If you have three priorities and eleven projects, this is for you.

Keynotes

What does a keynote cost?

It depends on format, audience size and tailoring, plus travel. Virtual and workshop formats are quoted separately. You get a fixed quote within 48 hours of sending the event details.

How far ahead should I book?

8 to 12 weeks is typical. Shorter is sometimes possible. Ask.

What formats?

30 to 60 minutes, in person or virtual, six set topics adapted to your audience. Every talk carries at least one framework the room can use the next day, and a live demonstration from a product we shipped to 50+ countries.

Workshops

What formats and group sizes?

Half-day, full-day or multi-day. Teams of 8 to 60. On site or hybrid. Every session is built around a real problem the team brings, not a case study.

How far ahead?

2 to 4 weeks, including a discovery call to agree the problem and the objective.

Books

Which books are out?

Late to the Table and Back at the Table, both on Amazon with a 5.0 average. Subtract to Ship: MDR, the MedTech regulatory playbook written with Tibor Zechmeister, reached #1 in three Amazon categories in September 2026. That is three published, five in the pipeline. The four core Subtract to Ship books are in production, due 2026; the launch list gets one email when each goes live.

Where do I buy them?

Amazon, in every marketplace. Links are on the books page.

Startup Burgenland

What was Felix's role?

I designed and built the accelerator from zero in 2021 as Programme Manager and Startup Coach at Wirtschaftsagentur Burgenland, and coached 50+ portfolio startups across six programme rounds. The accelerator reached EUR 10.7M in portfolio funding and capitalisation and has been an AplusB member since 2022.

Can Felix build one for us?

Yes. Programme design, operating model, mentor network and deal flow for regions, corporates and institutions. Quoted per scope after a first call.
