I worked with RHI Magnesita, voestalpine, Magna, Liebherr, ZF Getriebe, and Lenze. 350+ automation systems delivered. Every framework I teach in keynotes and workshops was built and tested here first.

What made Vulpine different: every product was performed for and evaluated by 600 to 3,000 paying audiences before commercial release. Real customers, real conditions, real stakes. The world's foremost collector in our niche called one of our products "the most versatile set ever experienced." The company was successfully sold in 2024.

In 2021, I joined the Wirtschaftsagentur Burgenland to build a startup ecosystem from scratch in Austria's most underserved region. We started as SUDHUB in southern Burgenland, rebranded to Startup Burgenland in 2022, and were admitted to Austria's AplusB network — the youngest member.
The result, verified by the Austrian Startup Monitor 2024: the number of startups in Burgenland grew from 39 to 88 — a 125% increase. More startups were founded in three years than in the entire decade before.

My Role
Designed the accelerator and incubator programmes from scratch. No standardised batch model — 100% individualised 1:1 coaching. By 2024, we ran both an Incubator and Accelerator in parallel for the first time.
Hands-on coaching across business model, go-to-market, pitch preparation, and investment readiness. 45+ startups coached across five programme rounds.
Built the mentor network, investor pipeline, and corporate partnerships. In 2025, we hosted Austria's Business Angel Day at Schloss Esterhazy — a first for the region.

Clinical decision-support software for diagnosing vertigo. Smartphone-based eye movement tests combined with AI analysis for healthcare professionals.
