Subtraction Audit
The Subtraction Audit
The Subtraction Audit is a two-week engagement by Felix Lenhard for founders whose product is built but revenue hasn't kept pace, and for leadership teams running more projects than they can finish. The result is a written list of what to stop, keep and finish, ranked by what each cut frees up.
“Felix is a catalyst for innovation with a unique ability to align people, purpose, and performance.”
