Felix Lenhard is an engineer and builder from Graz, Austria. After starting out at ams, he worked as an application engineer at Lenze, developing and commissioning more than 350 automation systems for clients including voestalpine, Magna, ZF and Porsche. After sales management for special machinery at Benninghoven (Wirtgen Group), he became Innovation Manager at RHI Magnesita, responsible for designing and rolling out the company's global Stage-Gate process. He then became Managing Director of 360 Innovation Lab, with locations in Graz, Warsaw and San Francisco. In 2020 he founded Vulpine, whose product business, Vulpine Creations, launched 12 physical and more than 30 digital products in over 50 countries before it was sold in 2024. Since 2021 he has co-built Startup Burgenland as Programme Manager; Burgenland now has Austria's highest share of profitable startups (Austrian Startup Monitor 2025). He is the author of Late to the Table, Back at the Table and, with Tibor Zechmeister, Subtract to Ship: MDR, all Amazon bestsellers.
